September 20-26 is "Animal Protection Week" 🐈
What we can do for cats
September 20-26 is "Animal Welfare Week" every year.
It's a week to re-think about the importance of animals and how to care for them properly.
At Cats of Philosophii, where cat lovers gather, we'd like to take this opportunity to reflect on,
"What can we do for cats?"
Together🐈🐾
It may seem like a big theme, but there's a lot each of us can do without doing anything special.
As cherished family members until the very end🐈
Bringing a cat into your home means taking responsibility for its entire life.
Beyond just their cuteness, it involves daily feeding, health management, care when they get sick, and their life as they age.
For those considering bringing a cat into their home,
"Can I truly live with this cat for the rest of its life?"
Thinking about this before welcoming a cat is one of the important things you can do to protect a cat's life.
From the day you start living together, they are cherished family members until the very end🐾
A safe and secure environment🏠
You want your precious cat to live as safely and securely as possible every day.
Living indoors helps protect your cat from various outdoor dangers such as traffic accidents and infectious diseases.
And in case your cat gets lost, it's important to have a microchip or an identification tag so that their owner can be identified.
Even if you think, "My cat doesn't go outside, so it's fine," disasters or unexpected escapes can happen.
It's a good idea to prepare little by little in advance🐈
Various initiatives are also taking place nationwide
During Animal Welfare Week, events and awareness activities related to animal welfare are held throughout the country.
The content and schedule vary by region, so if you're interested, please check your local government's website or announcements🐾
Attending an event is also a great way to learn about living with animals and animal protection activities.
Cats of Philosophii is also doing what it can, little by little🐾
As a brand that creates cat-themed items, Cats of Philosophii continues to do what it can for cats, little by little.
One of these is the "Rescue Cat Charity Series."
We continue to sell charity items and make donations with the hope that cat lovers can enjoy shopping while also supporting rescue cats.
We want to support cats in this way🐈💕
An item chosen out of love for cats can, in turn, become a force that supports other cats.
We want to continue to cherish such small connections.

Supporting TNR activities as a "Sakura Neko Supporter"🌸
Philosophii Inc. has been active as a "Sakura Neko Supporter" for the Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Doubutsu Kikin since August 2024.
We continuously donate 22,222 yen every month to the "Sakura Neko Free Sterilization Program" to support TNR activities.
Cats that have undergone sterilization surgery have a V-shaped cut on the tip of their ear as a mark.
Because the shape of their ear resembles a cherry blossom petal, they are called "Sakura Neko"🌸🐈
This activity aims to prevent the further increase of stray cats and to protect these one-generation lives in the community.
Purchasing products from Cats of Philosophii also helps us continue these activities.
To all our supporters, thank you so much🐾
What we can do out of love for cats🐾
Cherishing your beloved cat until the very end.

What each person can do varies.
This Animal Welfare Week, from September 20th to 26th, why not take a moment to consider, "What can I do for cats?"🐈
Cats of Philosophii will continue to do what we can, little by little, alongside all of you who love cats🐾💕
