The following payment methods are available:
• Credit cards: VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX
• Paidy (post-payment) • PayPay

<Paidy (Pay-After-Payment)>

You can purchase it with just your email address and mobile phone number. Payment can be made by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or automatic bank withdrawal.
By registering your identity through the Paidy app, you can use 3, 6, or 12 installment payment plans (no installment fees, applicable to orders of 3,000 yen or more).
Please note that even if you select Paidy deferred payment for pre-ordered items, delivery may occur after payment is received.

About shipping costs

The basic shipping fee is a flat rate of 660 yen nationwide (delivered via Yamato Transport).
Some items will be shipped nationwide for a flat rate of 330 yen (via Yamato Transport's Nekopos service).

Free shipping is available for orders totaling 33,000 yen (including tax) or more.

Shipping Information

[Standard items] and [Limited-time/Made-to-order items] cannot be shipped together. Please place separate orders.

Products are shipped individually for each order. If you order multiple items together, all items will be shipped together once they are all available.

We do not offer combined shipping for multiple items ordered together. Thank you for your understanding.

If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 1-5 business days.
If the item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery date separately.
Please check each product page for the estimated delivery date of pre-ordered items.

Regarding delivery date and time specification

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

About wrapping

We are currently unable to offer gift wrapping. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the delivery slip

For the sake of protecting personal information and reducing costs, we do not include paper delivery slips with our products.
If you require a delivery slip, please register as a member when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to view and download the delivery slip from your My Page.

Notes regarding pre-ordered items (made-to-order)

Since each item is made to order and shipped after your order is placed, please allow some time for delivery.
Delivery schedules are as stated on each product page.

Delivery dates may change depending on material availability and order status.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons.

If you order multiple items, your order will be shipped only after all items are available.

Regarding cancellations

[Cancellation of standard items]

Since we begin preparing your order for shipment at our warehouse on the same day, we may not be able to accept cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.


[Cancellation of pre-ordered items (made-to-order items)]

Cancellations are possible during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period ends, we will begin procuring materials and production, so we will not be able to accept cancellations. Please understand this before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Once the product arrives

- Check if there are any discrepancies between your order and the items you received.

- Check if there are any defects in the product.

Please check this immediately.

[In case of initial defects]

If there is a problem with the product, we will accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.

[Regarding returns due to customer reasons]

Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving your product. We do not accept returns after 7 days.

For returns due to customer reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for pre-ordered (made-to-order) items due to customer reasons.
