We've blended mild, easy-to-drink Honduran beans from Central America with slightly bitter Guatemalan beans to create a stable coffee that you won't get tired of drinking every day.
It's a medium-dark roast that brings out a strong coffee flavor, so even when mixed with milk to make a cafe au lait, you can still distinctly taste the coffee. Of course, you can also enjoy it black.
◼️ Recommended brewing method
＜Drip Coffee＞
1 serving: 12g coffee beans, 180ml hot water
2 servings: 20g coffee beans, 300ml hot water
Place ground beans in a paper dripper and steep for 30 seconds with 85-degree Celsius hot water.
Pour the remaining hot water in 2 to 3 increments.
Enjoy it black or with granulated sugar and milk to your liking.
＜Cafe au lait (approx. 400ml)＞
20g coffee beans, 240ml hot water
200ml milk
Granulated sugar (optional)
Pour an equal amount of milk into strongly brewed coffee.
If you warm the milk beforehand, you'll have a steamy hot cafe au lait.
It's also delicious if you add granulated sugar to make a sweet cafe au lait.
◼️ How to adjust the taste
Based on the brewing methods above, you can adjust the taste to your preference.
＜To reduce coffee bitterness＞
・(When using a coffee grinder) Grind the beans coarser
・Lower the water temperature (early 80s degrees Celsius)
・Shorten the steeping time
＜To reduce coffee acidity＞
・Raise the water temperature (90 degrees Celsius or higher)
・Pour hot water slowly, little by little, to extend the extraction time

About shipping costs
The basic shipping fee is a flat rate of 660 yen nationwide (delivered via Yamato Transport).
Some items will be shipped nationwide for a flat rate of 330 yen (via Yamato Transport's Nekopos service).
Free shipping is available for orders totaling 33,000 yen (including tax) or more.
