Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

<Paidy deferred payment>

All you need to purchase is your email address and mobile phone number. Payment can be made by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
If you register yourself through the Payday app, you can pay in 3, 6, or 12 installments (no installment fees, applies to orders over 3,000 yen).
Please note that even if you select Paidy deferred payment for pre-ordered items, delivery of the product may be delayed until payment is made.

Shipping

The basic shipping fee is 990 yen nationwide (delivered by Yamato Transport Takkyubin).
Some products will cost 330 yen nationwide (delivered by Yamato Transport Nekopos).

Shipping is free for orders totaling 55,000 yen (tax included) or more.

About Shipping

Standard items and limited-time/made-to-order items cannot be shipped together. Please place separate orders.

Items will be shipped per order. If you order multiple items, we will ship them once all items are received.

Please note that we do not accept combined shipping of multiple ordered items.

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
If the item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery date separately.
Please check the individual product pages for delivery schedules for pre-ordered items.

About gift wrapping

Please note that we are currently unable to offer gift wrapping.

About the delivery note

In order to protect personal information and reduce costs, we do not include a paper delivery note with our products.
If you require a delivery note, please register as a member when placing your order. Once the product has been shipped, you will be able to view and download the delivery note from your My Page.

Notes regarding pre-order items (made to order)

Your order will be produced and shipped after it is placed, so it will take some time for delivery.
Delivery times will be as stated on each product page.

The estimated delivery date may change depending on the procurement status of materials and order status.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please place your order with this in mind.

If you order multiple items, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We may not be able to accept cancellations as we prepare your order for shipping at our warehouse on the same day you place your order. Thank you for your understanding.

[Cancellation of pre-ordered items (made-to-order products)]

Cancellations are possible during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period ends, we will begin arranging materials and production, so cancellations will not be accepted. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a problem with the product, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

[Regarding returns due to customer convenience]

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
