"Nouvelle" means "new" in French.

This long wallet was newly designed from scratch to create a new standard long wallet for Philosophii.

The small leather flap long wallet "Nouvelle" was born as a compact wallet that fits into small bags and is suitable for a cashless lifestyle.

Minimalist and Luxurious

Although small and subtly designed, this wallet has a strong presence.

"Nouvelle" is not just a smaller version of a long wallet.

While eliminating unnecessary size and design, we aimed to create a wallet that lifts your spirits with high-quality leather and meticulous tailoring, allowing you to feel the warmth and luxury of leather in your palm.

To bring out the soft charm of domestically produced shrink leather "Cuir MASH," the wallet body is plumply crafted from a single, seamless piece of leather.

Please pick it up and experience the luxurious texture of the leather for yourself.

Ultimate Compactness

At approximately the same size as a 10,000 yen bill (160mm wide x 76mm high), measuring 164mm wide x 85mm high, it is the minimum possible size for a long wallet.

It is even more compact compared to typical long wallets (around 200mm wide) or Fleur Long, a compact long wallet (175mm wide).

This wallet is perfect for those who use small bags but want to use a long wallet.

Its thickness is approximately 20mm even when filled.

It is designed to not bulge even with a large capacity.

Frequently Used Cards in the Front Pocket

We've added a front pocket that holds 1-2 cards.

When the snap is closed, cards are out of sight and won't fall out.

Storing cards in the front pocket also has the advantage of reinforcing the most frequently touched front opening of the wallet, preventing the leather from deteriorating easily.

Convenient Back Pocket

A large pocket has been added to the outer back.

It's very convenient for temporarily storing receipts, tickets, etc.

The back pocket is connected to the wallet body with a single piece of leather, keeping the thickness minimal and giving it a sleek and smart appearance.

Bills can be Divided into Two Sections

We've realized a request we often received when taking many wallet orders: "I want to put bills in two separate places."

There are two bill compartments, one in front of and one behind the coin purse, allowing for flexible use such as separating bills or separating bills and receipts.

No Worries Even with Many Cards

Cards are stored in the inner back.

Multiple cards can be stacked and stored in the two card pockets.

By storing cards together rather than individually, we've reduced leather parts, achieving a thinner and lighter design.

The card pockets are generously wide, so they won't feel cramped even if you have more cards.

While some wallets show card impressions on the exterior, "Nouvelle" has ample card space, plus a flap and back pocket behind the card area, making it difficult for card marks to appear on the outside.

Jingle-Jangle Coins Are OK

While "Nouvelle" is thin when closed, when the snap is opened, the gussets on both sides open wide, revealing the central coin space clearly.

The coin space is wide, using the entire width, making it easy to access and offering high visibility of coins.

Even if you have more coins, they disperse inside, so you won't notice the thickness even with a lot of jingling coins.

Made with Japanese genuine leather (cowhide) and produced one by one by craftsmen in Japan.

Since the interior is also all genuine leather, there is no fluffing on the back or deterioration of the interior over time.
