"Nouvelle," meaning "new" in French.

This is a long wallet that was newly designed from scratch to create Philosophii's new standard for long wallets.

The small leather flap long wallet "Nouvelle" was born as a compact wallet that fits into small bags and is suitable for a cashless lifestyle.

Minimalist and Luxurious

Although small and understated in design, this wallet has a strong presence.

The "Nouvelle" is not just a smaller version of a long wallet.

While eliminating unnecessary size and design, we aimed to create a wallet that makes you feel the warmth and luxury of leather in the palm of your hand, using high-quality leather and meticulous craftsmanship.

To bring out the soft charm of "Cuir Mash," a domestic shrink leather, the wallet body is plumply made from a single, seamless piece of leather.

Please hold it in your hand and feel the luxurious texture of the leather.

Ultimately Small

At approximately the same size as a 10,000-yen bill (width 160mm x height 76mm), this wallet measures 164mm in width x 85mm in height, making it the minimum size for a long wallet.

It is even more compact compared to a typical long wallet (approximately 200mm in width) or the compact long wallet, Fleur Long (175mm in width).

This wallet is perfect for those who use small bags but want to use a long wallet.

Even when filled, the thickness is about 20mm.

It is designed to not bulge even with a large capacity.

Frequently Used Cards in the Front Pocket

We added a front pocket that can hold 1 to 2 cards.

When the snap is closed, the cards are not visible from the outside and will not fall out.

By keeping cards in the front pocket, the most frequently touched area of the wallet's front opening is reinforced, which also has the advantage of preventing the leather from deteriorating easily.

Convenient Back Pocket

We added a large pocket to the outer back.

It is very convenient for temporarily storing receipts, tickets, etc.

Since the back pocket is connected to the main body of the wallet with a single piece of leather, its thickness is also suppressed, resulting in an inconspicuous and smart appearance.

Bills can be separated into two places

We have fulfilled the frequent request from customers who have ordered many wallets to "store bills in two separate places."

There are bill compartments in two locations, one in front of and one behind the coin purse, allowing for flexible use, such as separating bills or separating bills from receipts.

Don't worry even if you have many cards

Cards are stored in the back of the interior.

Multiple cards can be stacked and stored in the two card pockets.

By storing cards together rather than individually, we were able to reduce leather parts and achieve a thinner and lighter design.

The card pockets are designed with ample width, so they will not feel tight even if the number of cards increases.

Some wallets may show card marks on the outside, but "Nouvelle" has ample card space, and furthermore, there is a flap and a back pocket deep inside the pocket, making it less likely for card marks to show on the outside.

Loose change is OK

Although the "Nouvelle" is thin when closed, opening the snap reveals wide gussets on both sides, making the central coin compartment easy to see.

The wide coin compartment, which uses the entire width, makes it easy to access and provides high visibility for coins.

Even if the amount of coins increases, they are distributed inside, so you won't notice the thickness even if you have a lot of rattling coins.

Made with Japanese genuine leather (cowhide), each item is produced by craftsmen in Japan.

The interior is also entirely genuine leather, so there is no fraying on the back or deterioration of the interior over time.
