"Nouvelle" means "new" in French.

This is a long wallet newly designed from scratch to create a new standard long wallet for Philosophii.

The "Nouvelle" small leather flap long wallet was created as a compact wallet that fits in small bags and accommodates the trend towards cashless payments.

Minimalist and Luxurious

Despite its small and modest design, this wallet has a strong presence.

The "Nouvelle" is not just a smaller version of a long wallet.

While eliminating unnecessary size and design, we aimed to create a wallet that lifts your spirits, using high-quality leather and careful tailoring so you can feel the warmth and luxury of leather in your palm.

To bring out the soft charm of domestically produced shrink leather "Cuir Mash," the wallet body is plumply made from a single seamless piece of leather.

Please pick it up and feel the luxurious texture of the leather for yourself.

The Ultimate Small Size

At 164mm wide x 85mm high, it's almost the same size as a 10,000-yen bill (160mm wide x 76mm high), making it the smallest possible long wallet.

It is even more compact compared to typical long wallets (around 200mm wide) and compact long wallets like the Fleur Long (175mm wide).

This wallet is perfect for those who prefer to use a long wallet but carry a small bag.

The thickness is approximately 20mm, even when filled.

It is designed to resist bulging even with a large capacity.

Frequently Used Cards in the Front Pocket

A pocket for 1-2 cards has been added to the front.

When the snap is closed, the cards are out of sight and won't fall out.

Keeping cards in the front pocket also reinforces the most frequently touched opening of the wallet, helping to prevent the leather from getting damaged.

Convenient Back Pocket

A large pocket has been added to the outer back.

It's very convenient for temporarily storing receipts, tickets, and the like.

The back pocket is connected to the main body of the wallet with a single piece of leather, which keeps it thin and gives it a sleek, inconspicuous appearance.

Two Compartments for Bills

We fulfilled the common request for "two separate compartments for bills" after receiving many wallet orders.

With bill compartments on both sides of the coin purse, you can flexibly use them to separate bills or bills from receipts.

Plenty of Space for Cards

Cards are stored in the back inside compartment.

Multiple cards can be stacked in the two card pockets.

By storing cards together rather than individually, we reduced the number of leather parts, achieving a slimmer and lighter design.

The card pockets are designed with ample width, so they won't feel cramped even if you have more cards.

While some wallets may show card imprints on the outside, the "Nouvelle" has generous card space, and with a flap and back pocket behind the card slots, the card imprints are less likely to show on the exterior.

Plenty of Coin Space

Although the "Nouvelle" is thin when closed, opening the snap reveals that the gussets on both sides open wide, making the central coin compartment easy to see.

The coin compartment uses the entire width, making it easy to access and providing high visibility for coins.

Even if you accumulate a lot of coins, they are dispersed inside, so the thickness doesn't become a concern.

Made from genuine Japanese leather (cowhide), each item is meticulously crafted by artisans in Japan.

The interior is also entirely made of genuine leather, preventing fuzzing on the reverse side and deterioration of the interior over time.
