"Nouvelle" means "new" in French.

This long wallet was newly designed from scratch to create a new standard for Philosophii's long wallets.

The "Nouvelle" small leather flap long wallet was born as a compact wallet that fits into small bags and adapts to the cashless trend.

Minimalist and Luxurious

Despite its small and discreet design, this wallet has a strong presence.

The "Nouvelle" is not just a scaled-down version of a long wallet.

While eliminating unnecessary size and design, we aimed to create a wallet that lifts your spirits, using high-quality leather and careful tailoring so you can feel the warmth and luxury of leather in the palm of your hand.

To bring out the soft charm of "Cuir Mash," a domestic shrink leather, the wallet body is plumply crafted from a single, seamless piece of leather.

Please pick it up and experience the luxurious texture of the leather for yourself.

Ultimate Compactness

At approximately the same size as a 10,000-yen bill (160mm wide x 76mm high), this wallet is extremely compact (164mm wide x 85mm high), making it the smallest possible size for a long wallet.

It is even more compact compared to typical long wallets (around 200mm wide) or the compact Fleur Long long wallet (175mm wide).

This wallet is perfect for those who use small bags but still prefer a long wallet.

Even when full, its thickness is only about 20mm.

It is designed not to bulge even with a large capacity.

Frequently Used Cards in the Front Pocket

We've added a pocket on the front that holds 1-2 cards.

When the snap is closed, the cards are not visible from the outside and won't fall out.

Keeping cards in the front pocket also has the benefit of reinforcing the most frequently touched area of the wallet's front opening, making the leather less prone to damage.

Convenient Back Pocket

We've added a large pocket on the outside back.

It's very convenient for temporarily storing receipts, tickets, etc.

The back pocket is connected to the wallet body with a single piece of leather, keeping it thin and giving it a discreet, smart appearance.

Two Compartments for Bills

We've implemented a common request from many wallet orders: "I want to separate my bills into two compartments."

With two bill compartments, one in front and one behind the coin purse, you can flexibly use them to separate bills or bills and receipts.

No Worries Even With Many Cards

Cards are stored in the inner back.

Multiple cards are stacked and stored in two card pockets.

By storing cards together rather than individually, we've reduced the number of leather parts, achieving a slimmer and lighter design.

The card pockets are generously sized, so they won't feel cramped even if you have many cards.

With some wallets, card impressions can show on the exterior, but "Nouvelle" has ample card space, and with a flap and back pocket behind the card space, card marks are less likely to appear on the exterior.

Jingle-Jangle of Coins is OK

While "Nouvelle" is thin when closed, when the snap is opened, the gussets on both sides open wide, making the central coin space easy to see.

The coin space is wide, utilizing the entire width, making it easy to put your hand in and providing high visibility for coins.

Even if the number of coins increases, they are dispersed inside, so you don't have to worry about the thickness even with a lot of jangling coins.

Reliable and Safe Quality

Made with Japanese genuine leather (cowhide), each item is handcrafted by artisans in Japan.

The interior is also entirely genuine leather, so there is no fuzzing on the back or deterioration of the interior over time.
