"Nouvelle" means "new" in French.

This is a long wallet newly designed from scratch to create a new standard for long wallets at Philosophii.

The small leather flap long wallet "Nouvelle" was born as a compact wallet that fits into small bags and adapts to the cashless trend.

Minimalist and Luxurious

Though small and modest in design, it is a wallet with a strong presence.

"Nouvelle" is not just a smaller version of a long wallet.

While eliminating unnecessary size and design, we aimed to create a wallet that makes you feel the warmth and luxury of leather in your palm, using high-quality leather and meticulous tailoring.

To bring out the soft charm of "Cuir Mash," a domestic shrink leather, the wallet body is plumply made from a single piece of leather without seams.

Please hold it in your hand and feel the luxurious texture of the leather.

Ultimately Compact

At approximately the same size as a 10,000 yen bill (width 160mm x height 76mm), measuring 164mm wide x 85mm high, it is the smallest possible size for a long wallet.

It is even more compact compared to a typical long wallet (around 200mm wide) or the compact long wallet Fleur Long (175mm wide).

This wallet is perfect for those who use small bags but want to use a long wallet.

Even when filled, the thickness is about 20mm.

It is designed to not bulge even with a large capacity.

Frequently Used Cards in the Front Pocket

A pocket for 1-2 cards has been added to the front.

When the snap is closed, the cards are not visible from the outside and will not fall out.

Keeping cards in the front pocket also has the advantage of reinforcing the most frequently touched entrance of the wallet, preventing the leather from deteriorating easily.

Convenient Back Pocket

A large pocket has been added to the back exterior.

This is very convenient for temporarily storing receipts, tickets, etc.

Since the back pocket is connected to the main body of the wallet with a single piece of leather, the thickness is suppressed, resulting in an unobtrusive and smart appearance.

Bills Can Be Divided Into Two Places

We have realized the common request from many wallet orders: "I want to separate bills into two places."

With bill compartments in two locations, in front and behind the coin purse, you can flexibly use it to separate bills, or separate bills and receipts.

No Worries Even with Many Cards

Cards are stored in the inner back.

Multiple cards are stored stacked in two card pockets.

By storing cards together rather than individually, we reduced leather parts, achieving a slimmer and lighter design.

The card pockets are generously wide, so they won't feel cramped even if you have many cards.

Some wallets show card imprints on the exterior, but "Nouvelle" has ample card space, and furthermore, there is a flap and a back pocket behind the card space, making it difficult for card imprints to show on the exterior.

OK to Have Lots of Coins

"Nouvelle" is thin when closed, but when the snap is opened, the gussets on both sides open wide, making the central coin space easy to see.

The coin space is wide, utilizing the entire width, making it easy to put your hand in and offering high visibility of coins.

Even if the number of coins increases, they are distributed within, so the thickness is not noticeable even with many jingling coins.

Made in Japan using genuine leather (cowhide), each item is meticulously produced by craftsmen in Japan.

The interior is also entirely genuine leather, preventing fraying on the back and deterioration of the interior over time.
