Philosophii has introduced a roasting machine and started roasting its own coffee!
We handle everything from bean selection, roasting, picking, to creating original package labels.

◼️Sample Roast
This sample roast, "Mike MIX Blend," is a blend of coffee beans from multiple origins that have been test-roasted.
The roast is mainly medium-dark, but it may also contain a mix of beans with different roast levels.
Since beans from multiple origins are used, the flavor may vary depending on when you order.
Coffee beans roasted 1-3 weeks prior are packaged and delivered at a more affordable price than regular sales.
◼️Recommended Brewing Method
For 1 serving: 12g coffee beans, 180ml hot water
For 2 servings: 20g coffee beans, 300ml hot water
Put ground beans into a paper dripper and steep for 30 seconds with 85-90 degree hot water.
Pour the remaining hot water in 2-3 batches.
Enjoy it black, or with granulated sugar and milk to your liking.
20g coffee beans, 240ml hot water
200ml milk
Granulated sugar (optional)
Pour the same amount of milk into strongly brewed coffee.
If you warm the milk beforehand, you'll have a warm and comforting hot café au lait.
If you like, add granulated sugar for a delicious sweet café au lait.
◼️How to Adjust the Flavor
You can adjust the flavor to your liking based on the brewing method above.
・(If using a coffee grinder) Grind the beans coarser
・Lower the water temperature (around 85 degrees Celsius)
・Shorten the steeping time
・Raise the water temperature (90 degrees Celsius or higher)
・Pour the water slowly and little by little to extend the extraction time

About shipping costs
The basic shipping fee is a flat rate of 660 yen nationwide (delivered via Yamato Transport).
Some items will be shipped nationwide for a flat rate of 330 yen (via Yamato Transport's Nekopos service).
Free shipping is available for orders totaling 33,000 yen (including tax) or more.
Shipping Information
[Standard items] and [Limited-time/Made-to-order items] cannot be shipped together. Please place separate orders.
Products are shipped individually for each order. If you order multiple items together, all items will be shipped together once they are all available.
We do not offer combined shipping for multiple items ordered together. Thank you for your understanding.
