<Paidy deferred payment>

All you need is an email address and a mobile phone number to purchase. Payment can be made by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit.
If you register yourself on the Paidy app, you can pay in 3, 6, or 12 installments (no installment fee, applies to orders over 3,000 yen).
Please note that even if you select Paidy deferred payment for pre-ordered items, the delivery of the item may be delayed until after payment.

Shipping Fee

The basic shipping fee is 990 yen nationwide (delivered by Yamato Transport Takkyubin).
Some products cost 330 yen nationwide (delivered by Yamato Transport Nekoposu).

If you order an item with a shipping cost of 990 yen and an item with a shipping cost of 330 yen together, the shipping cost will be 1,320 yen.

Shipping is free for orders totaling 55,000 yen (tax included) or more.

About Shipping

Items will be shipped per order. If you order multiple items, they will be shipped once all items are received.

Please note that we cannot ship different ordered items together.

If in stock, we will ship within 5 business days.
If the item is out of stock, we will inform you of the delivery date separately.
Please check each product page for delivery schedules for pre-ordered items.

About gift wrapping

Please note that we are currently not able to provide gift wrapping.

About the delivery note

In order to protect personal information and reduce costs, we do not include a paper delivery note with the product.
If you require a delivery note, please register as a member when placing your order. Once the product has been shipped, you will be able to view and download the delivery note from your My Page.

Notes regarding pre-order items (made-to-order products)

Your order will be produced and shipped after it is placed, so it will take some time for delivery.
Delivery schedules are as stated on each product page.

The expected delivery date may change depending on the procurement status of materials and order status.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please place your order with this in mind.

If you order multiple items, they will be shipped once all items are ready.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared for shipping.
Please note that pre-ordered items (made-to-order products) cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product is defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
