[Specialty Coffee] Ethiopia Yirgacheffe G1 Anaerobic Natural
*We ship freshly roasted coffee beans after your order. (Estimated shipping time: 3-5 business days)
*Coffee beans cannot be shipped together with non-coffee bean products (e.g., leather goods).
Please place separate orders for these items.

We've received high-quality G1 (highest grade) beans from Ethiopia, featuring a fruity flavor, processed using the anaerobic natural method.
These beans are characterized by a refreshing berry-like acidity and a particularly elegant flavor due to the anaerobic + natural process.
With an easy-to-drink, clean taste, this coffee is a must-try for anyone who hasn't experienced anaerobic processed coffee before.
We finish it with a slightly light medium roast to bring out the characteristics of the green beans.
Careful selection of naturally processed green beans ensures a very clear taste without any off-flavors.
Cultivation Area: Yirgacheffe, Kochere, Beloya regions, Ethiopia
Altitude: 1,700m
Processing Method: Anaerobic Natural
Grade: G1
◼️ What is the anaerobic process?
It is one method of fermenting coffee seeds. Generally, green beans are produced either by the washed process (water-cleaned) or the natural process (unwashed).
The anaerobic process involves fermenting green beans in an environment without oxygen, resulting in a richer, more complex aroma compared to common washed or natural processes.
You can instantly notice the difference in flavor the moment you grind the beans.
◼️ Recommended Brewing Method
<Drip Coffee>
1 serving: 12g coffee beans, 180ml hot water
2 servings: 20g coffee beans, 300ml hot water

Place ground beans in a paper dripper and steep for 30 seconds with 90-degree hot water.

Pour the remaining hot water in 2-3 batches.

◼️ How to Adjust Taste
You can adjust the taste to your preference based on the brewing method above.
<To reduce bitterness>
・(If using a coffee grinder) Grind beans more coarsely
・Lower water temperature (around 85 degrees Celsius)
・Shorten steeping time
<To reduce acidity>
・Raise water temperature (above 90 degrees Celsius)
・Pour water slowly, little by little, to extend extraction time
